Free Standard Home Delivery (Orders Over $100)
You will qualify for our Free Standard Home Delivery when you spend over $100 in our shop. We reserve the right to change the terms of this promotion at any time, or to withdraw this promotion altogether.
Standard Home Delivery
Orders on Standard Home Delivery usually arrive within 5-7 days of shipping. We ship order twice a week.
Expedited Shipping
If you opt for expedited shipping, there is an additional charge. Your order should arrive within 2 days of shipping.
Note on Delivery Times
Please allow us up to 2-3 business days (not counting weekends, holidays, and sale days) to process your order.
Also, note that the delivery times listed above are estimates only. Due to the impact of Covid-19, there may be minor delays with our shipping carriers, Therefore, we cannot guarantee a delivery date. Once a package has left our warehouse, we have very little control over it.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect is available in Michigan by appointment only. We will contact you to arrange an appointment. If you haven’t collected your order, we will send you a reminder after 7 days and then after 10 days. After 15 days, we will simply refund your money and return the order.
Order Tracking
All delivery options include tracking. If you have opted for Home Delivery, please look for the tracking link in your confirmation e-mail.
Alternatively, log into My Account, and then click Order History to see your estimated delivery date. Click on the order number for the order that you want to track. Click on the tracking link that appears below each item.
If you place your order late on Fridays, holidays, or during the weekend, the shipper will process it on the next business day.
Possible Delays
We do our best to deliver all orders on time. When selecting shipping options, please bear in mind that the shippers provide an estimated delivery date. Once in a while, packages can arrive after the estimated timeframe. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipper.
Delivery Address
Once you have placed your order, we are unable to make any changes. Please double check that your shipping and billing information is correct before you submit your order.
Missing Packages
We are not liable for packages that go missing due to errors made by the customer or the carrier.
Delivery Restrictions
Please note that we only deliver to United States addresses. We may restrict some postcodes at our discretion.
