About Return Time

We are happy to accept returns of most items in their original condition within 20 days of their receipt. As soon as we receive your parcel in our warehouse, we automatically process your refund.

Steps to Follow When Returning A Parcel

When you decide to return an item, you have the responsibility to choose your own logistics company and to ship the package at your own expense. Follow the steps below.

  1. Sign into your Ryle Rouge account.
  2. Find the order in My Orders, and click on “Return Item.”
  3. Select the item(s) that you wish to return, indicate the reason, then submit.
  4. Select the preferred return method and refund method, and then pack up the item(s) to be returned using the original packing.

Items That You Cannot Return

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  1. Underwear, bodysuits, swimwear, and lingerie.
  2. All items marked as non-returnable.
  3. Worn, washed, damaged, or altered items.

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Important Notice:

  1. Items for refund should only be sent to the return address that we provide. Using the sender's address on your package will affect how fast your return will be processed.
  2. Please double check to ensure you don't include non-Ryle Rouge items in your return package. We will not accept the responsibility for sending them back to you.

How You Get Your Refund

Your refund will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return. We will issue the refund to the original payment account or your Ryle Rouge account depending on your request.

Note: We do not refund the original shipping fees and guarantee fees.
